"I had a very good experience here. I called on May 1 and was able to be seen on May 3. I had an MRI showing a pretty severe herniated disc in my lower back that I brought to my appointment. They scheduled me for my spinal fusion surgery on May 17. Worked with my insurance to get it approved including the extra nights needed that were originally not approved. Scheduled me to meet with the neurosurgeon prior to surgery. Both offices worked well together to get me in fast. The surgery was smooth without issue. Dr Girasole is obviously knowledgeable and skilled. He’s direct and to the point. The follow ups were professional and he answered all my questions. They do surgery at ST. Vs which is a top facility. 3 months out and everything is healing as it should! Great experience and still surprised how fast everything went."

"Weirdly enough, when I found the phone number for this office - on Google - I thought I was contacting a location in Fairfield. The woman who took the call to schedule me was respectful, but she made me feel rushed and I did not appreciate that. By the time she got to their address, I didn't even mention my confusion. Other than that, it was fairly quick and easy to get to the Trumbull office. They were packed. Good thing I got there early, because like a few other patients we ended up being sent from what appears to be a main waiting room - it's not - up the hall to Dr. Girasole's waiting room. Since I successfully completed registration online before getting there I was seen very quickly. They were BOOKED! At any rate, the doctor was kind and attentive, also down to business. We'll see what happens when I go back. FYI, there was no rush to talk about or consider surgery of any kind, at least in my case and I appreciate that."
