"I’ve never encountered a less professional organization such as this. I called to schedule an appointment with a therapist and was told there was a one-month wait. At the same time, I was given the name and number of one of the therapists within the organization to whom I sent three text messages to and not a single response. I’ve since proceeded to leave two voice messages at the number of the Freedman Center and not ONE person has returned my call. Not sure what the rave is over this organization, but if an individual is clearly in need of help and NO ONE even returns the call? What’s the rave about? I’m definitely not impressed."

"Awful. Called here to ask a few questions because my psychiatrist recommended me here and when I called August 4th at 2 pm the lady on the phone was very very rude. She picked up the phone with an attitude that happens so I just dealt with it. I asked a few questions and she was very grouchy and not helpful. I asked if this was their only location because I am moving to Florida and as soon as she heard this she said this was their only location and hung up the phone. Didn't warn me or say goodbye. I'm very disappointed. I wanted to ask for some recommendations but I couldn't even do that. Sad. I would've given this place one star but I know sometimes employees are difficult. she should be fired. Not calling again."

"Donna is amazing (so is the rest of the staff, but Donna in particular has changed my life) and I wouldn't be where I am today (or alive, for that matter) if it wasn't for the first rate care and quality of this center.
