"It's the only one near me that is open late hours. At the time of my visit it was packed. If facility could improve their waiting area with better cushion and heating, we would appreciate it as I waited at least 1 hour and 46 mins. A display with waiting time would be more helpful. Many facilities has it, not sure why it was not adapted by big company like CityMD."

"Everyone was perfect from intake, to processing, to doctor and x ray tech. I can imagine that is easy to get lost in the shuffle when you all are very busy, so I really appreciated the direct attention that I received by everyone. Focused on task and overall demands, but when speaking or dealing with me it was about me. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience. I think it’s kind of ignorant to expect rainbows and sunshine or a hotel like white glove experience. For a war zone, it was freaking excellent. Thank you so much!!!!"

"One of the worst urgent care experience I have ever dad. The girls at the front desk were completely unaware of their surroundings. They were nearly yelling while deep in conversation about their pets, what they had for lunch, their weekend plans, etc. Their voices traveled and filled the entire waiting room where they were the only thing you heard over the music and TV. I was in extreme pain and discomfort and I almost went home so I didn’t have to listen to anymore of their conversation. I understand that you want to talk to your coworkers, but there has to be a better way and PLACE to do so. Everyone in the waiting room was uncomfortable and there for different reasons and trying to focus on getting better. Meanwhile we had to deal with the cackles and inappropriate conversations while we waited to be seen. I was 2 minutes away from going home and just dealing with my pain. On the other hand, the doctors and nurses were simply amazing. They made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. Great doctors, horrible horrible horrible front of house."

"The person who brought me in, I believe his name is John, was so kind and professional. I really felt welcomed and that I was in the right place. The Doctor was just as kind and helpful. He was efficient but I never felt that he was rushing out of the room. It was literally the kind of visit I would like to have at every health appointment I have in the future."
