"I have left 2 unanswered voicemails with Dr. Muhlrad’s office that have gone unanswered. She diagnosed me with bone spurs. The conservative treatments she recommended that I undertake over the coarse of 4-6 weeks until our next appointment have been utterly fruitless. The pain has increased and I have missed work. I am unable to perform basic functions. She told me the surgery will fix the issue and I left messages pleading for the surgery so that I can resume living. I have a family to support and am losing income and severely lacking in my ability to sustain my household. Someone please contact me ASAP."
