"Doctor was rude and nasty. Was told what I had was viral. Went and got second opinion I had a nasty sinus infection and a double ear infection after I told him I felt problems with my ear and am prone to sinus infections. Didn’t care at all about the patient at hand. Women at front desk was sweet and kind. If only doctor barry was the same."
"Everyone who worked there was phenomenal. From the moment I stepped in, formally greeted and instructed on what to do signing in. Once my name was called easily directed in my room, where the doctor came in and professional and safely took care of what needed to be done. Overall an absolutely great visit and can't wait to get back there!"
"Front receptionist rude and asked reason for my visit. I made an appointment earlier and shouldn’t have to share with people in open lobby to a receptionist. I waited 30 min for an appointment with very limited patients. When it came time to being seen the woman taking my vitals has no bed side manner, rude and almost made me feel like I wasn’t in need of being there. That I was an inconvenience. (THIS IS YOUR JOB). Didn’t once look at my, had her back to me the entire time. Doctor however was amazingly nice and made my visit feel more worth it. Ended up being diagnosed with pneumonia. My fiancé went in right after me and asked me if I had the same nurse because he had the same reaction to her VERY POOR BEDSIDE MANNER."
"Very long wait despite reservation made. Assistant staff very cold, didn’t even look me in the eyes when completing my vitals. Requested my blood pressure was recorded a second time as the first one was grossly high- I was correct, it came down when I held my are properly. How do they just strap the cuff and leave patient to figure out how to hold arm for accurate reading? PA spend a couple of minutes with me; not sure this option for medical care is effective."
"Catherine (front desk receptionist) was VERY rude to me. She interrupted me constantly when I tried to get clarification about a distressing miscommunication on her end. She proceeded to change the story 3 times and lied about it after (guess the best way to not take accountability is to be incredibly condescending to a patient and continually interrupt them). Additionally, she also spoke to another patient about a personal and very intimate topic (reason for their visit) right in front of me and other patients instead of taking them to their private room to discuss. I get that it was busy and several people were in line, but if I was visiting for the reason that patient was and that was loudly disclosed to other patients, I’d be mortified. She needed to take the quick minute to explain the process to this patient in private. I won’t be returning to this location after this. Which is really unfortunate because I’ve always felt very heard and understood by the practitioner at this location! Would be a great spot if they could have better front desk communication and more staff to accommodate the demand of patients. But yeah, Catherine’s unacceptable behavior and condescending attitude single-handedly scared me off. Really unfortunate to lose a resource that I’ve relied on!"
