"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Executive Chevrolet , which I feel compelled to share for the sake of transparency and consumer awareness. I purchased a van from [Dealership Name] and paid the full amount of $53,668.00. However, over the course of two weeks, I encountered numerous challenges with the registration process. Despite repeated assurances that their representative was working diligently on it, each day brought promises of completion—only to be met with further delays and excuses. To compound the frustration, when the registration was finally processed, an egregious error occurred. Instead of assigning a new plate to my newly purchased van, the dealership mistakenly transferred the existing plate from my Toyota truck, which I am actively using for work. This negligence resulted in my driving the truck without a legal plate, exposing me to potential legal violations during my journey from New York. The situation required me to maintain a significantly reduced speed to avoid potential police stops. Resolving this issue took an additional day or two as the dealership had to rectify their mistake at the registry and secure a new plate for my truck. This level of incompetence and disregard for the customer's time and legal well-being is unacceptable. I intend to pursue legal action to address the inconvenience and potential consequences caused by this dealership's actions.
