"We had been going to Frenchy’s for years. They told my son it was the alternator and he asked if they would put it in if he bought the part and they said yes but no warranty on the part, which is fine except he brought the car home and it’s not running again - either they didn’t put it in right or it wasn’t the alternator, either way they should stand behind at least installing it or diagnosing it correctly. Very disappointing."
