"I've been treated with care and compassion since I began with their spravato program almost 2 years ago now. Julie Zito and Karen Barber are both very lovely people to work with. My only complaint was that the director Dr. Awwa stopped seeing patients in person, which is a shame because he is certainly a very competent professional and I believe that the patients under his direction would greatly benefit from his increased presence in the office. Overall I would recommend their spravato program to anyone with treatment resistant depression who has not found relief elsewhere."
"My prescriber is fantastic! very understanding, very kind, and I’ve been very pleased with my experience. Knocking off a star because it’s incredibly hard to get in touch with the receptionist when I need something urgently from my prescriber. Everyone is otherwise very kind and it is easy to schedule appointments by call."

I been waiting and making calls to Karen for almost a year now to find me another Therapist after my Therapist of 2 years decided to tell me I'm big and for the last few months now I've gotten NO CALL backs. I didn't leave on bad terms and I care for my mental health. I'm not sure what else to do."
"**DO NOT USE CBHA**** The secretary or assistant for Dr. Julie Zito at Pawtucket is unprofessional and needs to be fired! 30 minutes before my scheduled Telehealth appointment, the sectary called me saying the appointment was actually in person at the Pawtucket office which is 45 minutes away from me. Nonetheless, I started driving to the office, come to find out it was actually a Telehealth appointment and even the secretary was confused. Now my next appointment went from 4/10 to 5/1, I will be out of my medication, I leave voicemails, no call backs, this is unacceptable."
"If I could give less than one star, I would. I applied as a new patient over a month ago. I sent them my new patient intake paperwork through faxing like the site says to do, and had my PCP send them a referral for me. Almost 3 weeks went by with me constantly calling and getting no answers, (at any office) before I received an email with the information to the Patient Portal. I requested an appointment through the portal over a week ago, and have still not received any contact back. I have not had any opportunities to speak to a live person either. On top of all the horrible communication on their part, their patient portal, and website are hard to navigate, and not very user friendly. I am done trying to be seen by anyone here, and I do not recommend trying to come here."
