"you can call this place 15 times in a row and the receptionist still will not answer the phone. doesn’t matter time of day. when I did finally got ahold of her one time, she let me know that she’s “the only person that does anything around here” . quite the statement coming from someone who isn’t doing her one job. extremely frustrating."

"Liberty is hands down the best mental health facility around. I absolutely love this office. The staff is very friendly and it's so easy to make and change appointments. Christina meehan is my nurse and she is excellent! She listens to me and is patient. She cares about her patients like it were one of her family members. I will not go anywhere else to get care for my mental health needs. Anyone that struggles with their mental health should come here. They actually care and it has changed my life! If I could give this place 100 stars I would!"

"I was referred here by my therapist, worst decision ever. I had to call a total of 23 times over the course of 2 weeks just to get notes faxed to another office so I could get a prescription filled and my call was only answered 3 of those times, and 2 of those times I had also been hung up on by the woman who answered. She stated that they had already taken care of my issues when my doctor never received the notes!! pure chaos"
