"I was referred here by my PCP because of bloodwork. Not only did this location cancel my appointment without asking me, but TOLD ME that they were doing it because I was diagnosed and to return to my PCP for treatment. I was crying on my phone, begging them to listen and that I fit their criteria, with new symptoms, and they still refused. Waiting on my PCP to get back to me about this issue. Unprofessional and unreal!"

"This place denied my service dog after they told my best friend that I can go in with her to her appointment with my service dog. Then when she went into the office where me and my dog waited in the waiting room they told her I needed to show them papers stating my dog is a service dog which is illegal in the state of Connecticut. You cannot ask a person to show you any type of documentation that my dog is a service dog. My dog was sitting under a chair minding his own business."

"Wish I could rate this place ZERO stars. This is the THIRD time they have either LOST/MISINFORMED me about my tests…In the matter of one week!!! Such an unprofessional place! I had to call for them to tell me that the results, which they could not provide, due to “in transit issue” and did no tests. BUT they didn’t feel the need to let me know?!?!! I was already there today for another mistake they made (throwing away the SECOND sample before testing it!! Since they messed up the FIRST one) and NO ONE mentioned that they need to TEST me AGAIN because of their ERRORS(plural!!!). If they really think I’m going back a FOURTH time for testing that they keep messing up, that’s hilarious. Do not go to this facility!!!"

"I came in for a shoulder injury. The office staff seemed nice, listened to me, and I waited for the Dr. Once he arrived in the room he suggested it was a neck issue and wrote me a script for meditation I'm allergic too even though the staff had gone over everything not 5 minutes prior. The doctor didn't even examine my shoulder, he in fact never looked up from the notes that were in his hand. I saw another Dr later that same day and was rushed into shoulder surgery shortly afterwards. Very poor facility with Dr's who don't listen to their patients at all. Avoid this place at all times!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Dr.Jude hall was great for my intake appointment. Ever since, I've tried to contact this location to make an appointment to check on my asthma and update my treatment plan. It has been 2 weeks no call back. These are not the people you want to be taking care of medically"
