"I have tears sharing my review of Caroline Jestin. Tears of Joy. Back in 2012, I believe, I googled Couples Therapy. Up came Caroline’s picture. I called and made an appointment for myself and my boyfriend. I needed help coping with a relationship that was volatile and lacked communication. I had a 14 year old and a 1 year old. I just lacked direction. My boyfriend attended a dozen sessions with me, then decided it was me that needed the changing. I continued seeing Caroline consistently once a week. Let’s fast forward. I’ve changed!!!! I’m a better mother. I’m a better human. The potential that was buzzing around in my belly has been brought to the surface with the help of Caroline. She introduced me to EMDR, a method that allowed me to find my old trauma, face it, and move it to the side so it could no longer hold me back. She is patient. She is professional. She cares for her patients. I am now a mother of 3 beautiful daughters. They are 5, 7 & 19. I am SOBER. I now know EXACTLY what my purpose is. No matter what you choose to do in life, you need a coach. Caroline has been a friend, a therapist and a hand to hold. She does her job with absolute class and integrity. I am forever grateful to have connected with her. As of yesterday, I looked at her and said, “I don’t think I need to see you every week anymore.” This is proof I’ve done the work.
