"We went to have a blood draw for my son today. As I was talking with the technician after the draw, she noticed my son was starting to pass out, his color faded and we were able to get out arms around him before he fell. The entire staff came, helped us get him safely to the floor, fan him, put ice on him and gave him water. They were professional, attentive, caring and made a scary situation turn out great."

"This place sucks. Have a time sensitive sample to drop off? Oh well. Have to sit and wait like your a walk-in for a blood draw. Also, there are no signs and it's impossible to find from the road. GET SOME SIGNS!!!!!"

"They removed anyone with customer service responsibilities but their computer system isn’t perfect. When something isn’t scheduled correctly, there is no one who will talk to you, or try to remedy the situation. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I’ve wasted so much time and still haven’t gotten my test completed. I will never return."

"I went for bloodwork and was told I had a balance and was told that if I did not pay it they would refuse service. If the employees don’t refuse service for an unpaid balance they get written up. It was over $33. I was able to pay it but, Imagine an elderly person or a struggling single parent NEEDING blood work for a medical problem comes in and they don’t have the money to pay and they get sent away and they go home and DIE because there was something wrong with them and Quest REFUSED them service? I guarantee you that HAS happened. Quest knows that someone who cannot pay a laboratory bill can’t afford to sue them for causing a death. They count on that. That is beyond evil. Call your elected leaders and DEMAND that companies like this and Hartford healthcare STOP refusing to treat people for serious medical conditions!!! UPDATE: Turns out the lab screwed up my test so it could not be completed. This is the second time the staff did not know how to perform a simple lab test. Quest is putting profit above patient safety by not properly training their staff. When I voiced my concerns she told me “I’m sorry you feel that way” as if refusing medical care to sick people in need isn’t a bad thing to her. CALL YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND DEMAND CHANGE!!"

"I had my blood drawn for the first time at this location and it was a piece of cake. Walked in and waited for maybe 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was super nice and did a fast and painless job. Couldn’t have gone better!"
