Somehow bricked the ECM in my car. Believe the tech was named Sheldon. He was caring, polite and knowledgeable. Worked with various other people throughout the process. Was given a loaner since the part wouldn’t be in any time soon. Generally just a pleasant experience that stemmed from an atypical service appointment."
