"Always a positive experience, efficient, professional, honest and knowledgeable. So very pleasant and easy to work with them."
"Wonderful customer service and knowledge of products and services. Would never buy my tires anywhere else."
"We own a small business close to this business and have used their services for almost 20 years. They have taken care of our cars, and advised us well. We have always found them straightforward and honest, and most importantly, they have kept our family cars safe! I highly recommend them."
"I agree with the previous review from Sam. The wife of the owner has a very terrible disposition ,like they are the only tire shop in the area. I needed a flat repaired they said they couldn’t do it because where the screw was located in my tire but still charged me $40 for I’m not sure what? If they charged me $40 to “attempt” to repair a flat what are their tire prices?"
"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE REPEATEDLY!! First off, the woman who runs the phones/co-owner is quite possibly the most rude person I've ever spoken to. I called about winter tire replacement and before I could finish my sentence got a "you think you're getting new winter tires put on your car the day before a snowstorm" line. Then I was told that my tire size (which is the most common aftermarket 18 inch rim size that exists) would have to be ordered because they don't have in stock and that there is a major tire shortage which I find interesting since they're easy to find online. I explained that I needed a specific size because I downsize my tires slightly to make them better in the snow(225 width vs 245 stock). Tires were eventually ordered even though I explicitly said snow tires and they initially ordered all seasons for some reason. Day of service I received a phone call that the work was stopped midway because "I told them to order the wrong size tire". Mind you, they were replacing my 225 width tires with exactly what I asked, 225 width. Not to mention it was explicitly explained to them twice over the phone before ordering the tires. I was told (in an extremely accusatory manner and loudly) that "you wouldn't go to the doctor and not tell them exactly what you need to get done, so that information we needed to know". First off, you're a tire shop, get off your high horse and do your job. Second, they were informed. Third, your pricing is more expensive that every other shop around so you'd expect customer service especially when it's a co-owner would be at the forefront of their mindset. I am a major proponent of family businesses but I will never be returning. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. I'll be letting friends and family know about this experience."
