Town Fair Tire

"Recently, I discovered I needed for new tires for my car. Immediately I contacted my one and only, go to mechanic. Unfortunately, he was out of the state and I needed tires sooner than he would have been available. He referred me to Town Fair Tire in Old Saybrook and told me to ask for Cooper. I was a bit skeptical at first after having had a not so great experience at a different Town Fair Tire in the past but I trusted my mechanic and went and scheduled an appointment for new tires. I cannot say enough good things about how polite, courteous and helpful Cooper from Town Fair Tire was. He was ready immediately when I arrived. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently, and even had my car finished earlier than expected. I am extremely happy with the service I received today. I would recommend anyone I know that may need tires to go to Cooper at Town Fair Tire in Old Saybrook!"

"A few weekends ago, on a Saturday morning, I found a nail in my tire. I had my usual shop look at it and they said it couldn’t be plugged and would have to be replace, but that they didn’t have any tires similar to mine. I went down the road to another place and without looking at my car, the person working there offered me like 5 options that he said would all be comparable to my current tires, but he couldn’t answer any of my questions. It just felt off. So, exasperated and crying, I took one last chance and went to Town Fair Tire. David and Louie ignored my swollen face and sniffles. They let me know they didn’t have the exact brand, but they could order it or find a similar one. I said something similar would be fine. One of them went out into the cold, looked at my tires, went back inside, found tires with similar tread, and then they discussed with each other which would be the best replacement. It was Saturday morning and they fit me in on the spot. I had to stay and wait which wasn’t a problem. They estimated 90 minutes to 2 hours so I settled in, but just about an hour later, I was on my way. The tread is so similar you can’t tell the tires are different unless you’re really looking. Prices were fair. Service was fast and friendly. Thank you David and Louie!!!"

"If I could give 10 stars I would! Lou has been providing me excellent service for years now. I gladly make the 40 minute drive to see him because I don’t trust anyone else with my tires. He’s so professional and kind, I can’t recommend him enough!! Thanks again to Lou for always making the process so easy for me and thanks to everyone there for being so awesome. I dropped my car off for all new tires and it was done in less than two hours, you guys really are the best!!"
