"This location has the absolute worst service and patient care I’ve ever experienced. I will never be seen here again. I originally had a great OBGYN that left the practice; I should have taken that as a sign to leave. I contacted women’s health because I was having several issues with my hormones. They recommended I get some blood work done. I asked to please be referred to an endocrinologist to have my hormones checked. I wasn’t informed that I would be charged for this bloodwork. Although I have great insurance I had to pay over $300.00 to get this blood work done and I never received the referral that I was requesting. I also had to pay Quest diagnostics because all of my testing was done there and in house apparently according to billing. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. No sympathy or assistance from women’s health and the doctor on my labs wasn’t even the doctor that I was being treated by. Terrible organization and lack of information for patients."

"I would love to give them a 5 star rating as the doctors there are all amazing. However, I'm disappointed at the fact that it took 3 weeks of daily calling to their office for a med refill and I was not able to get anyone to answer the phone. Today I decided to press the option for an MD and finally got through. I left a message for Laura/Avon office manager to return my call."

"Every time I call here the girl who is supposed to be scheduling appointments NEVER picks up the phone. Today I had an emergency and had to reschedule. As usual she doesn't pick up. I am at work and cannot accept a call back later. So I stayed on the line and called back a few times because I couldn't wait. This girl had the nerve to pick up the phone, PRETEND SHE COULDN'T HEAR ME AND HANG UP ON ME. Jokes on her because I was calling from a LANDLINE. I called back again because like I said it was a last minute emergency and I couldn't wait. She hung up on me THREE MORE TIMES. Until finally a different woman picked up the phone. Completely unacceptable an unprofessional. I've been coming to this office for a long time. The girls behind the front desk are not so busy they can't take a 2 minute phone call for someone having and emergency. One of the primary functions of working behind the front desk is to handle the scheduling and rescheduling of appointments! In the time she took to put on some ridiculous act she could have just rescheduled me. READ OTHER REVIEWS BECAUSE MULTIPLE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DESK STAFFS LACK OF ABILITY TO EFFICIENTLY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS."

"I saw Dr. Chung today for my annual exam and she was fantastic! She never made me feel rushed, listened to my concerns, discussed options, and was very kind and easy to talk to. Her medical assistant Amie was also lovely! The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and even called me earlier this month to offer me a sooner appointment despite me not being on the cancellation list. All in all a great visit from booking to check out and everything in between. Very happy that I made the switch to this office and with Dr. Chung."
