"I have been a patient of Dr Darak’s for over 20 years and cannot say enough good things about her. Just saw a disappointing review about her so I wanted to make sure people knew that she is very professional and has a great bedside manner. Breast cancer runs in my family so she has always made sure that we are up-to-date with our mammograms and had us schedule genetic tests to put our family at ease. Highly recommend her and this practice."

"Disorganized, chaotic, rude, and controlling environment. If you are looking for a practice that makes you feel like your pregnancy matters and is looking for the best interests of you/baby then this is certainly not the right fit. Tried the clinic and from day 1 was a mess. Appointment scheduling is not easy and this clinic forces you to not choose a doctor of your preference which I feel every patient deserves comfort in their pregnancy along with consistency. They want you to meet 9 different doctors and will insist constantly if you want to stick with one you like. You have to always repeat yourself in explaining tests/bloodwork you have completed although they gave you results already and have a computer in their face where they can look it up, very lazy. One doctor particularly named Dr. Darak treated me horribly, caused much stress to me and baby, and stated to me "I don't think you are a a right fit for our clinic." She is not even my doctor as they don't allow you to choose one doctor. This lady had no right calling me to pick a fight and all this due to the fact that I insisted on seeing a doctor there that myself and fiancee liked...we made an appointment as early as the doctor of my choice had available. Dr. Darak calls me out of the blue...keep in mind I made a rescheduled appointment with front desk..so the front desk talks behind patients backs and randomly chose this lady to call me. Dr. Darak argued with me on the phone how I needed to see another doctor and I shouldn't skip appointments?? I haven't skipped not one appointment throughout my pregnancy!! I'm suppose to go every two weeks and this one time due to scheduling.. the earliest they had with my choice doctor was 3-4 weeks, due to him going on vacation which is understandable. I was willing to wait as I'm not a high risk pregnancy, baby and I have been healthy, and it was this one time...Plus who is this lady, Dr. Darak to call me and tell me what to do..SHE'S NOT EVEN MY DOCTOR!! I repeatedly told her to let me go because she was causing me stress and she kept talking. No pregnant woman should go through this. Most importantly she said "I don't think you are a right fit for our clinic." She said this after I stated I would make a complaint. Dr. Darak is unprofessional, controlling, not compassionate, and obviously has issues. I mean really what did she mean by "not a right fit?" I felt discriminated against and mistreated. I've never had a doctor pick a fight with me or argue. For Dr. Darak to keep on arguing although I said she was causing me stress..she has problems to be doing this to a pregnant woman. After hanging up on her since she kept going, I was highly stressed, emotionally distraught, upset, and frustrated..all this because I made an appointment with a doctor I liked and he happened to be available past 2 weeks time...if anyone should be calling me it would be him the doctor I made an appointment with! Also Dr. Darak wanted me to do Glucose monitoring without testing me first to see if I had gestational diabetes..I myself requested that to be done...and guess what..I don't have gestational diabetes. Please stay AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AND ALL THEIR LOCATIONS!!! I want to help in ensuring that other women don't go through what I went through and can actually enjoy their visits, pregnancy, and simply be happy, comfortable, and at ease in entrusting their care in the clinic. I am relieved I will be going to a new OBGYN immediately after these experiences. Wish I made the switch sooner, but it's better now than never. Tons of red flags with Women's Health CT...these locations should be organized, revamped, and new owners. Moreover, Dr. Darak should not be in practice if she cannot work or relate to pregnant women. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CLINICS!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Best of luck."
