The front desk staff, the financial staff, and myself worked through it together with patience and professionalism. "Doctor Baxter has refused two tests that are completely warranted due to my symptoms. Last visit I was only able to talk to her for five minutes before she rushed out the door. Will find another doctors ASAP, unbelievable care. UPDATE: diagnosed by Dr. Baxter with PCOS- without any tests (and on brith control) and next appointment had the audacity to ask me who diagnosed me?"
"I had a really bad experience here for my first pregnancy. Dr Papov made me feel really uncomfortable and upset during the pregnancy. As well as the day I gave birth to my daughter. I am not a size 2 and she had to reiterate over and over regarding my weight. Stating I would have been "too big" for beds at Charlotte Hungerford which I had been to for testing during pregnancy and I fit in perfectly fine. I am not 600lbs. She stated she didn't feel comfortable to deliver my baby. Stating the risks that could happen with a vaginal delivery assuming my baby was going to be "big" which she was not. Stating she could have shoulder damage or end up having a "dead baby" on her hands. Saying this to a 9 month pregnant woman with her first baby is awful in itself. Let alone the day my daughter was to be born. Ever since this, I no longer want to come to this office. I used to love it I love Karen she is amazing and always made me feel comfortable. But my first pregnancy experience and bringing my daughter into the world was so heartbreaking and upsetting. My Husband was in the room as well witnessed the whole thing. I will never recommend this office again or go back."
