Quest Diagnostics New Milford

"I have had a problem every single time I have gone to this Quest. If you have your lab orders faxed over, they will tell you they don't have them every single time. And occasionally they will draw the wrong, or incomplete labs. My wife or I have had to visit this lab four times in the last year, and all four have had an issue with "missing" lab requests, or they have not complete the labs as ordered. My first visit included the tech poking me about 6 times before telling me they wouldn't be able to draw my blood because I had "too much scar tissue in my arm". Someone else came in after 10 minutes and drew my blood easily, the first try. Just avoid this office entirely."

"Despite being a walk-in client with "hide-and-seek veins", service was very quick and efficient. My phlebotomist Gil, is excellent at her job and genuinely warm and funny which made the experience all the more pleasant."

"This is the best location to get your blood taken! I’ve had trouble getting my blood drawn at a couple of different doctors offices and this is the only place I trust to do it! Clean offices, professional staff, and quick service if you have an appointment in advance! Couldn’t recommend it more!"

"I needed blood work for my annual physical. This quest is the closest to my house. Very convenient for me. Parking in the front. I was in and out in about six minutes. That includes the time it took to update my insurance. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience when getting blood drawn. I would highly suggest making an appointment. They took me inside as soon as I signed in. The people with walkins were still waiting when I came out."

"They’re always ridiculously slow even when you have an appointment, but a week ago I had an appointment and waited for over an hour after my appointment time with my two year old. Watching the screen, they were even taking walk ins before me. When the girl came out to get her next patient I told her to please take me off the list. I wasn’t rude, I told her it’s been over an hour and I had to get my son home. A few days ago I get a BILL emailed to me for that visit. I contacted customer service that I did not have any blood work done that day and I was not paying for this. They never replied, but they resent the bill. This place really needs to get their stuff together, this is not the first issue I have had with them, but it was a big enough issue to make me never go back."
