"My 2 year old fell and broke her tooth before we even had our first dental appointment and had an established dentist. Of course our incident happened on Saturday when all the doctor offices closed for the weekend. I did not have any hope to get my child in anywhere for a week or so, but I fill out the contact form on the website in hopes to hear from someone on Monday. To my surprise someone contacted me shorty, asked to send a photo of our damaged tooth, and asked for more information and my emails were responded quickly despite that it was Sunday. We were able to secure Monday morning appointment and we were in and out within 30 min My 2 year old daughter who had never been to a dentist and who hates to brush her teeth that it takes us forever to get it done, she did so well with Dr. Joe. No crying no fighting, just let him do what need a to be done to fix her tooth. He was so gentle and knew how to convince her open her mouth etc. I read some bad reviews about front desk, but they were lovely! They greeted us with big smile, and on the way out it started to rain and they offered us to take umbrellas to make it dry to our cars! (We didn’t because it was only a drizzle, but thank you!) it was great experience considerings our sad and scary emergency and I’m thankful for having your office in New Milford!"

"Took my kid here a yesterday, and it was an AMAZING experience. Dr. Joe is so kind and warm hearted. He made my nervous child feel really comfortable. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating. Our original appointment was scheduled for earlier than yesterday, but we were running behind in the morning and were going to be late to the appointment. Rather than rushing my son through his appointment, they kindly offered to reschedule him. They were super transparent with timing and really worked with us and our schedule. I am so happy with this service, and will absolutely continue coming to Dr. Joe!"

"I've generally been happy with my family's experience with Dental Associates KIDS. The hygienists and the dentists have excellent bedside manner and my child has no fear of going to the dentist and, in fact, actually looks forward to it. Their facilities are also clean and very child friendly. Unfortunately, my family had a very negative experience today with the admin side of the operation which gives me pause. My child was having a toothache, so we made a last minute appointment earlier this week. My spouse took them to the dentist this morning -- which is 30 minutes away in ideal conditions -- and was a few minutes late on account of it raining heavily and having to get a four year old ready and out the door earlier than they're accustomed to. They also called ahead to let the practice know they'd be a few minutes late. Upon arriving they were told that they could not be seen and would have to reschedule. I don't understand how a practice that specializes in children's care could be unsympathetic enough to not see a child who's in pain because their parents, despite their best efforts, were ten minutes late. Scheduling is difficult and they need to keep patients moving through the pipeline but that's a bad judgement call and reflects poorly upon the practice."
