"This visit, I was not impressed. First, I tried to make a purchase on line (to be picked up at store). It said it was activating a 15% discount. No matter what I tried, it would not apply the discount. Secondly, I am surprised that an auto parts store that advertises the ability to install wiper blades, batteries, etc., requires that you come back during a different time frame in order to have the parts purchased there, Installed. If they advertise such great customer service, then they need to make it available during store hours. Not only specific times each day..."
