"Alec at the Islip Airport Location was efficient, personable and very responsive. I had a terrible weekend of canceled flights and Alec showed empathy and went out of his way to be sure I had a successful and positive experience. The manager followed up with me by email to see if I had questions which I did in regards to the toll pass. Alec called me back before I returned the car next day. Finally upon return I successful dropped my car off at the fort myers location. The individuals as well as the manager were quick to return my car and reach out to me within 24 hours about another question."
"Avis person an elderly man was helpful, polite & above all trusted you when my daughter went to return the rented car. The elderly lady who was present while taking delivery was also helpful. Avis Car Rental gave hassle free experience. Their call centre people were also polite & helpful. The car was a 2021 model and was in excellent condition, well maintained & clean"
"We love this location, the ease of renting a car and always use them when traveling to Long Island. Staff is usually extremely friendly however the person we spoke to this particular day seemed a bit uninterested. And normally we are able to get more of a high end, clean car however this time, we did not have a lot of options for some reason but it could’ve been the time of day that our flight arrived (4:30 pm). We will always highly recommend National for all car rental needs and especially this location."
