"idk who the man is that cooks... but he literally knows what he's doing... the menu is the best and its super affordable and he get's it done RIGHTTT!!!"
"I will never go back to this place. They are very rude. I waited for over an hour for a salad and they have no customer service skills to the minority population that come into the store. They will never get my business ever again the way the man at the front area spoke to me. He was so rude I asked for a refund and he told me he can't give me a refund without a receipt. I stood there with my items in the bag and never left the store. He never gave me a receipt at all. How do you buy somethign in a store never leave the store and ask for a refund and they tell you they can't give a refund he needs the receipt but they never gave me the receipt to begin with. A bunch of shady ppl that I will never support again. They deserve no stars at all. I dont even know how they remain open."
"I started shopping at this local krausers because they're open 24 hours. The stop and shop started to close at midnight so I found this a few months ago .I typically go in for milk bread odds and ends .they're expensive no doubt. But since I'm still living covid style I go for safety reasons. No one is here at 4 a.m. The negative is the store smells very bad of chicken grease. They must not use proper ventilation. They often have dated milk and the fresh fruit refrigerator has dated fruit. Also the Italian loaves of bread are stale .I have told them but they don't care. The cook pretends he can't understand English. .yet he understands profanity. It's high prices. And stinky everything. My groceries always stink and I repackage most items I buy here. Also they try to overcharge if they see EBT card. Just be careful. The grinders are very good."
"I had a repeatedly bad experience with a cashier. He would be throwing his voice at me a lot when I was asking for a lottery ticket. Another time I purchased a lottery ticket and won $50, and then he said that he made a mistake in the system so I cannot receive my money and I had to purchase $50 worth of lottery tickets or get out, and I did report that the lottery headquarters. A few days ago they had a customer partially paid for his order and they charged my debit card the rest of the amount and he was laughing about it, so I did call the bank about it. It’s unfortunate that the act rude to push away customers and we had some issues a few months ago but worked it out, but it seems like they’re going to keep giving me unprofessional and cheating my money treatment"
"The deli has a good selection of made to order sandwiches. And, this establishment also has other food items one would expect of a convenience store: snacks, chips, soda, eggs, milk, cheese, ice cream, and much more. The deli has a small computerized sandwich order machine, but the deli staff still made my sandwich the wrong size (ordered a roll, got a sub). Explaining this to the cashier was harder than I'd expect - he ended up overcharging me to make up for the mistake at the deli. The food was good though."
