"I love stop & shop for the deli and for the produce. The groceries are a bit expensive. But I won't go anywhere else for my produce or my deli. The store is always clean. I've never had a problem with any of the staff. (Except once at the deli) there's always a police officer in the store so it's very safe. Parking is fantastic. I just wish they would get rid of that stupid robot lol , instead of spending money on that stupid thing they should have given their employees a raise."

"I frequent stop and shop and it is usally a good experience, aside from the deli. I usually use the kiosk because it's always busy. Today i got there and nobody was in line. I waited and the 2 men didn't say anything so i went to the kisok. Then the one guy said rudely, "mam. take a number". The other guy finally came over and took my order. This has happened before. Nobody is in line and they ignore you because they don't want to wait on you. Wish i got his name, i would have reported him, black skinny man with glasses. And why are there so few mini carts????"

"This employee was being so rude & disrespectful to an elderly lady, I had to stick up for her and tell the employee something ( again if your having a miserable day or stuff is happening at home DO NOT COME TO WORK! Take a personal day … then this employee yells at me ( her name is JOICE) please do NOT let her ruin your day! And also speak up to people like her! I told her manger hopefully it gets documented so this doesn’t happen to anyone!"

"I have been to some Stop & Shop stores in the New Haven area, and definitely, this is the most organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want a less congested store, I recommend Friday night for groceries."
