"The Hamden store is closing or so they advertise! They advertise 80% off. Obviously not everything is 80% off but the expectation is that somethings are. So they have items at regular price, your not allowed to use any coupons. The same item is on-line at $30.00 or less. The store won't honor the online price therefore what's the point of getting anything at the store when you can get it delivered home for less money!"
"Makes absolute sense this place is going out of business, the service has always been the worst. I literally just walked out because there was 2 girls chatting between me and my wife's purchases and seemed to be more interested in an abandoned car in the parking lot than the sale, then the manager calls down and holds the line up even further by calling to also chat about the car lmao the most awful service ever. By the time I walked away from the purchase there were about 10 people behind me.. this was on 10/18/20 approx 12pm. Corporate should make sure these clowns never work for them ever"
"Good selection and pretty good prices with a lot of space. It's pretty unorganized and they need more employees though. The employees at checkout seemed like they were in a hurry. My mom and I went there so I could get a new backpack and my mom could get new shoes, she got a good deal on sneakers and I got a Nike backpack for a good price."

I had problems finding a specific item this time around and was very quick to receive help from an employee, Gabriella. She was very helpful throughout my shopping experience and made things very easy for me. 10 out of 10 would recommended."
