"I chose a foil bouquet which is priced for $19, selected all 12 balloons, when I came for checkout, the cashier told me that 3 balloons were not included in this special, so I went and chose another three. I didn’t look at receipt until after they finished blowing all balloons. When I looked, total was $35 instead of $19. They told me that another couple balloons were not included as well. Couldn’t they tell it before the purchase?? If I knew it before, I would just select less balloons or choose those which are included in the special."

"What great staff especially the general manager Kim! Our order was supposed to be delivered by a third party company. When they were a no-show Kim took it upon herself to personally deliver our order. She even offered to compensate us for the other company’s mistake. We need more people like her in business and in our communities. Thanks for helping to make our little one’s party a success!!"

Great place to find party supplies either in a rush or when planning ahead. I did get kicked out and had my bag checked for seemingly no reason so if you are planning on going, go in once and make sure you have all of your things."
