"I'll give them 5 stars because they are truly amazing. A human always picks up and they are usually nice. Today however I spoke to Angie Rodriguez and her behavior was disgusting. She cashed a check prior to the date it should have been and was beyond rude. Prioritizing one customer over another. I've never beem spoken to so rude. She never once apologized and tried to just hang up. She was literally laughing on the other end of the phone as if this is a laughing matter Disgusting"

"The lady who managed this location with the medium brown skin and short hair (Indian looking). Can't remember her name but Im glad to hear she may not still be working there. She someone while they were depositing cash, very strange."

"I’ve always had good experience at this bank, but last week I went to the Windsor Ave branch and Linda was by far rude and not helpful AT ALL. I wanted to open a bank account for my business and she needed something from the secretary of state website. She said she couldn’t print it out for me so I needed to come back. It was public information what she needed but refused to do it and had attitude like she didn’t really want to do it. Other than that everybody else has always been super helpful."

"My daughter went to Windsor Federal Bank In Windsor on Broad St to cash a personal check that was written to her. One of there own checks mind you with proper I.d. My daughter was told she has to have a account there in order to cash the check hemmm!!! Interesting someone writes you a personal check from there own bank Windsor Federal you have proper I.d to cash the check but told you have to have a account with the bank in order to cash the check Hemmm!!! When confronted first the teller didn’t really know what to say then called anther employee over who stated I quote it must have happened at another Windsor Branch “WOW”!!! but we would have cashed the check here but not knowing the first teller stated we were probably needed to check her profile. Really you think “As We All Know”!!! She was being” Profiled Yeah”!!! Needless caught off guard they both knew that Broad St is where my daughter came to cash the check especially when I went there 20 minutes after she left. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again at this branch to anyone else “Hopefully”!!!!!"

"quick friendly service. tellers are always pleasant. branch manager is also very nice, always in a good mood. lines can be little long at times. especially around the first coupled days of the month. interest rates on loans are pretty decent."
