An unfortunate incident occurred involving my mother, who is afflicted with Demtria. During her visit to Windsor Federal, the teller astonishingly neglected to return her driver's license. This blunder led to a distressing outcome where three family members were unable to attend a long-awaited reunion trip in Savannah, GA. The absence of her license on the day of the journey resulted in significant inconvenience. My elderly father was compelled to meticulously search through the entire house to locate her missing identification. This regrettable incident coincided with my father's birthday, inflicting an unnecessary amount of emotional pain caused directly by Windsor Federal. Adding to the disappointment, the bank's response to this mishap was untimely, with a call finally coming through a staggering 2 months later."
