"Great customer service, and overall an amazing bank to work with because of their efficiency. However, I got scammed and was given fraudulent checks without knowing. They immediately closed my account and I had no chance to explain that I didn't realize the checks were fraudulent. I now am searching for a new bank, and had at least 20 dollars stolen from me because they closed the account without me having explained the situation. I understand needing to take precautions, and I'm glad they caught the fraudulent checks. However, it was highly unfair to kick out the person getting scammed instead of investigating the scammer."
