Dunkin'

"I wish I could give a lower rating; it was quite frustrating. Today, I requested caramel drizzle, and they put caramel inside instead. When I pointed it out, an employee, a black woman around 10 o'clock, started arguing with me, even though she wasn't the one who made my coffee. Another cafe remade it, but unfortunately, they insulted me. If the manager reads my comment, it's clear she shouldn't be working there. The service was impolite; all employees seem rude, but she was especially so. I plan to speak with the manager. I was considering switching from Starbucks to Dunkin, but this experience has changed my mind. Even the rudest Starbucks employee is better than here at Bristo's. If you want to avoid insults, I'd suggest going elsewhere."

"Woman who took my order was the only professional person , lady making my food had no hat on not in uniform the manager also had not hat on no gloves touching food . I’m going to Starbucks at lest they adhere to food guidelines ."

"I literally just walked into this place before school at 9/25.. at 9:28 and your employee was very rude you was darkest employee there very rude because I asked a simple Conversation about the donuts because there was flies in there it’s out of any one’s control bc it happen at my Dunkin to… so I wanted to know they had flies on them… she processed to be rude bc I asked and didn’t wanna take my order made coworker take the order and at the moment didn’t feel Comfortable getting food or drink bc she made me feel treated like retailation"
