"On Saturday with absolutely no traffic, staff was still not able to give me an edible sandwich. My cheese was hard and not melted at all, as well as my bread being as hard as a rock."

"On April 30, 2023 I walked into Dunkin. To order a small hot chocolate with whipped cream and a chocolate glazed donut. While in front of the employees I spoke. Although it was obvious that everyone was already handling orders. I did not like that no one said to that they'll be with be shortly. Common courtesy would of appreciated. A nice employee asked if I was able to place my order. I told her no one asked for my order. Part of my order was wrong I asked for a 1 chocolate glazed donut with my hot chocolate. There was a stale Glazed donut added to my order. That I didn't even ask for the employees need to do better. Greet customers as well as getting orders correct before charging customers for something that they didn't ask for a stale donut and watery hot chocolate."

"Good service, friendly staff that usually remembers me. Sometimes they mess up the otgo orders (mostly when there are trainees) but are usually professional & responsive and quickly fix their mistakes. The store is clean and conveniently located. *5/5/2018 Crossposted to Yelp* Perfect location. Friendly staff & Management who recognize and value not only their regular  customers but also new ones. Also a great place to pick up a game of chess, or pick the brain of local Veterans."
