Dunkin'

"Our sandwich orders were completely messed up and missing ingredients. The bagels were very dry. I ordered a hot tea with 3 cream & 3 sugars; there was no sugar. First staff member we spoke with at the drive through didn’t understand our first sandwich order (multigrain bagel with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese) so a different staff member had to take over. Maybe she was still training? Would not recommend going here unless you go into the store to order and can double check everything’s correct before you leave."

"I know that it's not this place's fault, because I'm pretty sure they're low on staff but come on! My bacon egg and cheese bagel was good, still stiff, but good. My iced chai was messed up, even though I don't know what they did. Tasted like water and milk. Barley had any sugar but was I guess fine with me. Honestly, at this point, I don't know if it's this place or Dunkins' in a whole, but I honestly would say: Starbucks"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Both my sandwiches were cold and nasty looking, I think I’d get food poisoning if I ate them. For how long it took to get them out to me, you’d of thought they’d be relatively warm but no. They also didn’t put any sweetener in my drink even though they originally listed it on my order at the screen. Worst dunkin experience, 0/10"

"I frequently have issues with my orders at this dunkin, but usually let it slide because I am on my way to work. However the bagel with cream cheese I received this morning is just an insult in my opinion. Whoever made this needs to rewatch their training videos.."

"The staff was super friendly and did our coffee's correctly but when it came to my order of egg and cheese breakfast wraps it took them a good 5 or so minutes to make them. I understand if do is other people in front of me but the store and drive-thru where completely empty so rhere is just no reason for such a long wait."
