"Super slow service, no attention to customer, no interactions with customers. I came in to place an order and wasn’t even acknowledged i was standing in front of the register for more than 5 mins, i asked around and was told “only 2 people working today” but then a 3rd came out from lunch and started ringing customers, after i moved from the register and decided to place a mobile order instead. This location is more focused on their drive through clients than in house/ walk in clients. Other people were waiting for their orders way before we even arrived. Not photo worthy"

"Horrible customer service in- store . I stopped by w my family and waited online for 10min. The 2 Baristas main focused was Drive-thru orders. No knowledge and I had to ask , can anyone take out order?? He said there’s only the 2 of us working!.."

"The mobile order pick up is the slowest I have ever seen. They need to add another staff to help fill mobile orders especially on weekends. It's unfair to the 1 staff member and customers. 2nd visit to this location and both on weekend and the wait was about 20 minutes for mobile."

"The place is very visibly not busy. They’re taking their sweet time with every order. Took me a whole 20 minutes to make a grande and a venti strawberry acai refresher. They just move so incredibly slow."

"Beautiful location but SLOWEST service ever.. every time. Once again ordered ahead 4:55, 2 blended drinks with no modifications. Est. time to be ready 5:05.. time actually ready TBD.. it’s 5:20 and I’m still waiting. Now I’m not one to usually complain about waiting but this is the 3rd time now this location is consistently slow paced, any daisy or time. Will go def. avoid this location near holiday time simply due to the wait time will be worse during busy holiday season. update: my husband just told me another customer has been waiting since 4:45.. smh!"
