Dunkin'

"I stood at the counter several min. The workers argued about who would serve the customers at counter, there was a line behind me. One worker came over, fiddled with the first register, then took the draw of money from second register, then walked away. Never acknowledging the customers. I had a gift card but instead went to another place and spent money. I called the store and found out the supervisor/ manager wasnt in. My suggestion if you want good service make sure an adult is working."

"i know that dunkin is infamous for its inconsistency, but this was probably the worst coffee i’ve ever had- not just from dunkin, but in general. i ordered an iced caramel latte and i kid you not it literally tasted like somebody dumped a pack of cigarettes in it. i’m sure it was just incredibly burnt, but the taste was so overwhelming i could only have a few sips before i had to toss it. usually when my coffee is burnt i can power through it, but this time it was intolerable. i was also the only person in line but still had to wait a good four or five minutes before somebody came to the counter to take my order. i wasn’t bothered by this, but if i was in a rush i probably would’ve been pretty annoyed. so basically i would say just drive a few extra minutes to a different dunkin location so you can avoid this one."

"Amazing customer service for my first time visiting! The ladies that helped me were very nice! They were patient with me also when I had my daughters with me due to my daughters not knowing what they wanted! But I appreciated the service and food was delicious. My refresher was made to my liking. I would recommend going here!"
