After 26 days following the supposed mailed date, I had to ask for a replacement check to be overnighted. This of course will take time, stop payment on the first check, etc. I am hopeful. 12/2 Update. Finally received a replacement check. Clarissa was especially helpful. She initiated the replacement."

"The staff at Rodger Butler Insurance has always gone over and above the call of duty when helping me with my insurance needs over the years. 30 years ago I moved from Westfield to the Boston area, I have maintained my relationship with Rodger Butler because of the team of professionals who always go out of their way to ensure that my needs are met. A week ago I was going in for spinal surgery, the only day I could pick up my RV was on a Saturday when the office was closed. Darlene offered to watch for my paperwork to come in and to make sure I had my insurance stamp so I could bring my RV home that day.
