"Had Mike do a clutch change on my Jetta. I love the way it drives now. Unfortunately while doing the work a coolant line was cracked and led to me getting stranded 15 miles after leaving. Mike was willing to fix it free of charge but never acknowledged any responsibility or mentioned the inconvenience of me having to get a hotel room and stay an extra day. Overall pretty positive experience 4/5 stars."
