"The company I am working for selected this company for my car’s move from NC to Texas. While I didn’t select Auto & Boat LLC, I’m glad my company did. Cheryl D. has been a dream to work with. I have her personal number and have texted her with any concerns as well as changing the address at which the car should be dropped off at. I believe they use third parties for the actual shipment but so far Cheryl’s effort and care for my move to Texas has been amazing! Thank you for getting me to Texas Cheryl!"

"DO NOT USE! First off they are a broker and are going to subcontract the transport with one of their carriers. My car was shipped from CT to Texas and the auto carrier they used admitted to damaging my car. Auto & Boats claims department investigated and said "damages being claimed are not a result of the transport of your vehicle." but as a measure of Good Faith they were going to cover a few days of my rental car. A certified collision center determined the car was driven at a high rate of speed and hit something causing 3 damaged tires, a rim, and others. Run, dont walk away from these folks."

"They lost my car for 2 days. It was never delivered to their lot and was in the system as a “no show” after being transported across the west coast. No one informed me and the only reason I knew was because the independent driver was harassing me over the phone because of the confusion. Once it was in Auto & Boat’s possession I received this text from the coordinator even after stating multiple times I needed at least one hour notice to receive my vehicle. This shows you the type of people who are employed by this company. By all means, if you want your car to go missing or be disrespected and harassed, please use this company."

"Super happy with the auto transport that Auto & Boat Relocation Services provided to us on our move from TX to AZ. My coordinator's communications were timely and succinct, providing all the information needed for the transfer. And the driver delivered our car safely, courteously, and called multiple times as he got near to keep us posted of his arrival. They even partnered with one of the airport parking services so we were able to drop off the vehicle on our way out of town, making for a very easy experience. Highly recommended."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE They absolutely destroyed my Lexus RX330. I have before and after pictures of the damages and they STILL WONT COVER ANY OF IT. They claimed that the car is too old after they show up with a flat tire, a broken window, and missing trim on the car!!! This company is absolute garbage. It has been over 5 months!!! Please never use them. The claims adjuster purposfully dodged my calls. I can't NOT recommend this company enough. Terrible experience and I have told my corporation to NEVER use them again. I hope that they lose all of their business for terrible service and an unethical practice. I wish I could give them zero stars."
