Two Men and a Truck

"Just had a 400lb safe moved from one house to another. Matt and Tray did an awesome job being mindful of my floors and walls, making sure not to knick or crack anything knowing I have tile floors. They had to go down a flight of stairs and then up another set of stairs. They used excellent body mechanics and safely got the job done. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. They were also just so very friendly. Bravo to Matt and Tray. Much appreciated."

"In Mid December we had Two Men and Truck come move items. The guys were friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately they damaged two exterior doors. The guys wrote up the damages and took photos on the tablet; they had me sign it and I was told the repairs would be made right away. It's been 6 weeks and I called numerous times to get an acknowledgement of the damages. I spoke with Tyler and he has told me he will make sure their "Vendor" will be contacting me this week to fix the doors. (keep in mind I contacted Tyler before and he said he would take care of the issue and he never got back to me). It took me three-four phone calls to get Tyler to even do anything. We shall see if the doors are fixed this week. We went with Two Men and A Truck because they are supposed to have good customer service. At this point I am not so sure I believe they will do what they say they will do."

"Resent I moved and knew I couldn’t handle moving the larger items for sure. I called Two Men and a Truck. They were prompt to responding to me and getting things set up. I have know idea how all there teams are but the two young men that came to my apartment were very professional, personable and took much care in the items they were moving. At the other end of the move, they wanted to make sure items were where I wanted them, or as close as possible, they were again very kind and personable. I only had one area of a scuff mark on a piece of furniture. I didn’t even bring it to their attention because it was a small price to me for such a quick moving experience. I would totally recommend the two men that took care of me. I hope they are the line of expectation for this company. I would recommend the team I had to anyone. "I have been helping my mother move from downsizing a larger home to an apartment. From the beginning of her hiring and arranging moving services with Two Men & a Truck has been wonderful. She couldn’t say enough good things about Samantha, whom she arranged everything with on the phone. It was my taking-on to go through her house to pack and arrange everything for moving day. The biggest challenge was arranging what will be staying in storage and what will go to her new apartment. Also, there were five days before she moves in, so everything had to be stored. Luis and Guillermo arrived on our moving day, and let me tell you, they were AMAZING. So friendly, compassionate, and most importantly professional. They truly took the time to get to know our needs and organized their plan to be as efficient as possible. They carefully wrapped and carried everything we had moved, arranged and secured the items in the truck beautifully. Most importantly, they loaded and arranged everything in our storage unit in a way that everything we need first is there, then everything we will keep in storage is in the back. I work in corporate restaurant training and have had companies hired to move me more times than I can count, and overall, I have never worked with a more professional moving crew. To Samantha, Luis, and Guillermo- thank you a million for helping my mom out and working with such integrity to provide an amazing service.
