"My son gets stranded at school because the van driver decided while he was approaching the vehicle to drive off and leave instead of waiting to make sure she had all her students accounted for. I called the company and the Hartford board of education and I spoke to the manager in charge of the transportation and he didn’t even care what so ever. All that came out his mouth was “they’re going back for him” like they did nothing wrong smh. The worse company I have ever dealt with and extremely irresponsible and nobody does anything to take responsibility for there drivers actions and what they do."
"As an office manager I dread having any patient arrive via Ambassador. Dispatch is profoundly rude and they have left patients after surgery multiple times which is negligence. I have contacted the insurance company after numerous patients and staff have complained about the treatment received by this company. My staff and I have never been spoken to by any company the way Ambassador continuously does. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager only to have the person with the worst behavior claim to be the manager. People claiming to be Kevin and Steve are notorious for screaming at my staff. This behavior is evidently condoned and encouraged at the corporate level. If your family member needs transportation do not use this company."
"My son uses them through the school district to go to school. At least twice a week, they are late at least 1 way or the other, the driver was texting amd driving multiple time ls (purposely, son got video at least twice, which we sent to the district), tamd then they would start complaining after our son had a shoulder injury and couldn't put on the seat belt, and the driver refused to help him get the seat belt on. Then they are now calling the school and complaining that he would take a sip of whatever drink he has for school on his 45 minute ride to school... It seems like once you report a safety violation to their company, they start treating you like garbage, worse then before you complained..."
"I would rather crawl to my appointments then give these people business. They will get you late to your appointment so you miss it then have you wait an hour for someone to come back and bring you home. Worst company ive ever seen a 9 year old could do 10 times better"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. They were hired from my school district to provide special Ed transportation for my son who has behavioral issues. Send a driver late 2 days in a row and there is always an excuse why. I asked the driver and aide to not have physical contact with my son. Aide goes and grabs his arm to put seatbelt on when I was right there. Hello! Some days for another child of mine they forget to send a driver. Other days 30 min early beeping the horn. Stop. My son waited for 2 days in a row with coat and bookbag on. Over an hour and a half on van. State law is no more than an hour. Customer service sucks. Older lady very pleasant. Gentleman has poor customer service. My son's education and sense of normalcy taking a van or car shouldn't suffer or hinder his progress of good behavior. Never again use them for my son!"
