"Shipped from OH on Fri - personnel called for pick up on Monday...picked item up from their loading dock. Everything was professional and went without a hitch!"

"Terminal was supposed to call me to make an appointment to deliver. They told me it was their procedure, which worked well for me because I live alone and would need a friend to come help me bring the couch into my unit. Sara said Will at the terminal would call me. Well they never called. It was a piece of furniture (couch) that I needed help with and they delivered WITHOUT an appointment. Thus it is sitting in a condo hallway as a fire obstruction. I called for them to pick up and bring back to the terminal and make an appointment like they first stated is customary.. They would not return to pick it up because somebody signed for it !!! The driver got a stranger in my building to sign for it. I don't even know WHO!!! So, they did 2 things wrong. NEVER SCHEDULED an APPOINTMENT for delivery and TOOK A SIGNATURE FROM A STRANGER to leave the couch there."

"Read the reviews and take their word on it, this company is absolute trash. No one knows what’s going on, they took 3 months to deliver from NY to Atlanta (I could have walked there sooner). Use them if you want to stay hours on the phone with your credit card company for fraudulent charges."

"If I could I would give -1. Freight companies are notorious about making s... Up but this company probably is the worst. With over 50% freight damage and absolutely no way you will have an on time delivery you should be out of your mind to use them. They do have a nice website but it's all a bs no customer service or accountability. Imagine your house being remodeled by a contractor who promises you Speedy remodel at very reasonable price and on day one he does the demolition and then disappears with your money this is a feeling you can expect dealing with central."

"I would give these incompetent idiots no stars if that were possible. They are BY FAR the worst freight company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Schedule for a delivery one day, hear some nonsense about inability to deliver. Schedule the next day, they don't show up. Now out a total of 5 days, 3 business on a time sensitive item. They call me up and magically have no record of a delivery even having been scheduled. For your own sanity use UPS, Fedex, Old Dominion, Heck go there and drag it back would be quicker and more efficient than these half wits."
