"The service is fast and good. I had 1 order to small province in Vietnam in the Lunar New Years 2020 so I had to pay extra fee. But when the package arrived Ho Chi Minh city, the shipping company in Viet Nam already offed for Lunar New Year. So my family had to pick up in HCM city and sent to Daklak themselves. I forgot to tell them because of COVID-19 happened. 1 year later I came back to send another package for my family. I told them what happened and they did sorry and make a refund for the extra fee I had to pay and also gave me a discount. I truly recommend this service."
