"We love the three doctors here. I have had positive experiences with all of them. Yes, the wait times are long but it's hard to find any office without a wait. However, I give it a one star rating because they are part of Boston Children's Hospital and their billing is not done in house. We have been billed erroneously multiple times and have had to pay extra co-pays and even paid for two well-child visits in full because they could not get their insurance claims done properly and provided us with improper insurance information. Their office manager/finance person could not even get through to Boston Children's Hospital to figure it out. She claimed that the CFO's voice mailbox was full and she could not leave a message. I've spent countless hours of my time on the phone with Boston Children's, this practice, and my insurance company to get things sorted out and it does not get done properly. Steer clear of this practice and any Boston Children's Hospital practices because the billing department is terrible! We have since moved away from the area and sticking only with small practices that are owned by the doctors and do billing in house."

"Dr Edelson and Dr Mendelker are great. They are kind and thorough and actually listen to your concerns, even during virtual visits such as those during the COVID pandemic. However, Dr Meisler was extremely rude and inappropriate, trying to push her parenting style on me, and suggesting that I shouldn’t feed my infant during the night who has consistently struggled with weight gain. If you want an old-school doctor then she’s your girl, but her information seemed outdated and her methodologies lackluster. Additionally, the front desk staff are rude and and incompetent, and not once did I call and have an easy time of it. As much as I liked 2 of the doctors, I do not recommend this practice."

She listens to concerns and offers reasonable solutions. The waiting room is always clean and the staff has always been polite and helpful."
