"If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this lab. I made my appointment and showed up on time and checked in only to be standing for 30 minutes in front of a locked door. Eventually someone opened and left straight away, not even bothering to say anything. Then I checked in Again for the second time at the kiosk, and was eventually called to the front desk, where an incredibly rude and disinterested lady told me she did not have the lab order even though I had the print screen from my doctors office, showing that it had been put in. It was a print screen from the Lab works website. The lady just said that that was nothing to her!!! I just picked up my things and left. Huge waste of 45 min and no bloodwork but sometimes you just have to walk away. It was so bad I just had to laugh. Never seen anything like it."

"No staff. Wait is horrible. I would like to say there's one woman working there by herself checking people in, & doing the lab work by herself. She's a hard worker, & doesn't deserve the abuse she gets from Labcorp. She gets 5 stars. There needs to be someone there to help her. This woman deserves a raise!!"

"0 stars. Have reached out to District Manager regarding this location’s issues. No improvement over multiple years. Location is consistently understaffed, today only one worker."

"DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I made an appointment 4 days in advance because they said they don’t take walk ins. This is the second location I had to go out of my town for the earliest appointment. I get there - my appointment is at 11 am and the lady locks the door to not let anyone else in and she takes the walks in patients !!! She takes them all even the ones that came in after me - about 5 of them! I’m sitting there waiting for the appointment I made- I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment -it’s going on 2 hours and she said she is going to continue to take the patients that walk in first. Who locks the door and locks everyone in ??? This Labcorps needs to be investigated."

"Most unfriendly & rude staff ever experienced. I gave it a 1 star in order to be able to write this review, but it deserves 0 stars. Don't waste your time going to this Labcorp. The front desk personnel has zero customer service & professionalism."
