"This place is terrible. Waited 2 hours to see a doctor, in the meanwhile only 2 patients came out into the waiting room means they see 1 patient per hour. Front desk staff is very unfriendly. Doctor was fine one we finally saw her but entire experience was dreadful. If your child is sick, go elsewhere."

"Jaclyn McQuade = Worst PA. We don't like going to urgent cares but had no choice because our daughter was running almost a 105 fever. She did a strep test which was negative but refused to do a flu test because she KNEW it was the flu because she has some magical xray virus vision. You knew she was too busy and wanted to get us out of there because it was Sunday + NYE. She didn't want to answer any questions and was quick to kick us out. She was rude and answered our questions like we were stupid and should already know the answer. NEWS FLASH, we were there because we never experienced these symptom's with our daughter and our regular pediatrician was closed. Last place we wanted to be was there on NYE. We Waited over an hour but was finished with her in 3 minutes. Piece of advise for PM Pediatrics... Jacylyn McQuade will NOT get you returning patients... and for Jaclyn McQuade, you don't your like job or have a party to go to. Then find a new job. Also if you are to busy to service your patients correctly don't book every appointment you can just for a money grab. Do the right thing and turn away the appointment and have patients go somewhere else."

"Well maintained place, cares very much about your child and their illness. And the fact that it’s an urgent care specialized just for children 0-26y is amazing. Going here from now on. Saves me the hours that I usually spend waiting at an emergency room. My son was symptomatic after exposure to a positive COVID case so we checked in (usually thru their QR code) made an account portal to access your patient records and more, tested him for Covid, gave him meds for anti nausea and got results quick the next day afternoon. So I was pretty satisfied and relieved with their patient care. So please , I recommend this place for your child. I’m glad my son’s pediatrician recommended this place to take him there."

"There is no option to leave 0 stars. On November 12 I took my 4y/o daughter with earache to PM pediatrics, she was hysterical crying and complaining the inside of her ear is hurting. After waiting 2 hrs (our app was at 6 we didn’t see a doctor till 8:10) Dr.Khan looked inside my daughters ear and said all clear even after me explaining that my daughter has never acting this way and there has to be something going on in her ear., Dr.Khan requested a strep test after that and left the room. After waiting for additional 20 min I went outside of the room and asked her dose she have the test results, she was just sitting at her computer not doing anything. After 5 min she came in just to tell me it’s negative sent us home with nothing. Last night my daughter again started hysterical crying and complaining about her ear. I stayed up and just kept giving her Motrin. In the morning took her to our regular pediatrician just to find out she has SEVERE EAR INFECTION with a lot of PUS!!!!! Our pediatrician informed us there’s no way this developed over night. I’m so hurt,disappointed, lived and angry! Ear infections are one of the most painful thing! Dr.Khan was well informed ive asked her to check again i explained my daughters has never cried like she has I told her she had a cough and a runny nose and that she was running a fever the day before. She ignored everything and hurried up to her next patient. I’ve been to this office few times and have never had this type of experience . So if you find yourself looking for a pediatrician to care for your child make sure it’s not DR.KHAN ALIA."

"The entire staff and the doctor was amazing. They were kind and gentle and understanding. We had an issue getting an antibiotic that was out of stock at my pharmacy, the doctor was so helpful with calling in an alternative antibiotic for us and was so gracious on the phone helping me figure out which was the best for my daughters ear infection. These are the people you want to help your children when they’re sick. Thank you to the entire team!!"
