"Went to this urgent care mid panic attack thinking there was something wrong with my heart, was taken in right away and treated with absolute kindness and compassion knowing everything was okay and I was in a bad panic attack. They were extremely helpful and reassured me I was okay and let me stay till I felt okay enough to leave! Loved the doctor and nurses, highly recommend this urgent care as they handled mental health issues just as seriously as physical health!"

"I was very apprehensive, so I called first. The receptionist was so kind and comforting so I came. I had cut my fingers, so dealing with the computer was almost impossible, and without any hesitation, the lovely receptionist walked around and did it all for me I didn’t even have to ask. I sat for only a few moments and then was brought back quickly. Was seen by a lovely nurse, who continued to make me feel, supported uncomfortable. Once the doctor came in, it was just easy, assuring and nothing what I expected. The doctor had an ease about him, joked with me when I was feeling nervous, took care of all of my medical needs and sent me on my way. From beginning to end, it was such an amazing experience that I am hooked. well, I hope to not have to need to go back for anything. If I do, it will be there."

My son has special needs and she checked him in for me. That in itself is such a kind act to do for a nervous mom. She was lovely, as is the entire staff in the Syosset, NY location. Everyone smiles, every staff member is professional yet warm. My family and I have seen many doctors here through the years and we always leave with a sense of relief from a thorough examination and diagnosis.
