"Extremely rude front desk staff."
"Hi guys and northwell I came to North Imaging Center 100 Lafayette Street Syosset NY for a x-ray as a walk in with my friend receptionist gave us the paperwork and took the ID paper was filled quickly right away and sat down for to be called with in 30 minutes for x-rays it's been 2 hours now. I went to her twice an hour ago she said 10 minutes and I asked her if is busy let us know so we can come Back later she said she is working on it i said fine. after 45 minutes I went to her again and said you told me 45 minutes ago 10 more minutes and I asked you if it's busy we can come back you said you were working on it and here we are still you didn't call us just one thing I want to mention here they need to tell the truth if it's busy or aong wait to get the X-ray done seriously it's very bad service I would still recommend that place but you need to ask the receptionists how long it will take and ask them tell you the truth."
