"this is the 5th time they left us with no ride for my mom to the doctors. They told Agewell that they have no problem taking her for the 3 appointments she needs a month so long as no fridays. No show or anything. It isn't Friday....and yet this is the fifth appointment my Mom can't get to. That's more medicine she can't get now. 11/19/19 Today is the second appointment missed in a row this week. Now we are up to 6 appointment in a row no call no show. Do they ever really show up? 11/22/19. When I get home from the hospital I will write down all the confirmation numbers for each trip. And there's another one we have confirmation for next week. there's a our somewhere."

"Finding ourselves between "a rock and a hard place," we were so relieved to have found Eastern Suffolk Transportation. After placing numerous calls to locate an ambulette service in Eastern Long Island, we finally got in touch with Holly who not only provided what we needed but also went out of her way to set up the service. She took it upon herself to contact the doctor's office to find a mutually-agreeable date and time for the treatment and coordinated the pick-up and drop-off. This eliminated the need for numerous phone calls on our part to accomplish the same thing. Our sincere thanks to Holly for literally being a life saver!"
