"This practice has cared for my son since he was born and now that he is in the process of transferring to an adult doctor they don't even care to provide a refill ( not a new prescription) for hydrocortisone cream until he establishes care with his new doctor. I never had any issues until today with a very un helpful nurse name Sue who basically said my son is removed from this practice go to urgent care leaving him without a doctor. Thank goodness that is all he need. Everyone else at the practice including the front desk staff are amazing."

"Don't try and get a same day appointment. I called first thing in the morning and waited an hour for a callback then had to run around for another hour and a half to get a covid test then 2 hours later call to find out what was going on only to be told they had to wait 24 hours to get the results. No appointment was made and I'll take my son to the Mediquick place. He doesn't have covid. Thaks for wasting a day instead of giving Healthcare. Now his other eye is bothering him"
