"Since the Hartford Healthcare acquired this Practicr the front desk is completely disjointed and dysfunctional. They could care less. It’s difficult to get through and two days in a row I never received a call back. I had to call three times in one day. The front desk doesn’t follow the notes instructions from the doctor or nurse. The only way I knew I was not getting a call back and antibiotics were waiting at the pharmacy is only because I called for the third time that day, late afternoon. It’s not a great situation especially when you’re not feeling well."
