"I had not seen these reviews before I decided to make Dr. Radebold my primary care physician, and if I had, I probably would not have decided to go with her, despite her being recommended by my favorite physician of all time, gynecologist Dr. Mary Jane Minkin of Guildford. But ultimately, I'm glad I didn't see them because I really trust Dr. Radebold's judgment and like her down-to-earth assessments of what to do for my health. Every doctor's office I deal with--I also see a gastroenterologist--has the same front desk problems, so I have no solution for those issues, but if you want a good physician, I would really try to put up with the front desk if it doesn't improve--I was there the other day and they were fine-- and go with Dr. Radebold. I think she is knowledgeable, experienced, and whip smart and I have faith in her judgements. Thus, the five stars."
"Absolute terrible experience. The receptionist is extremely rude. Last time I saw my doctor was less than a year ago. My prescription needed to be refilled so I called it in as usual, no refill. When I called they said my doctor left and the next appointment I could get was in three weeks. They said no one will refill unless I was seen leaving me off my medicine cold turkey and suffering all the side effects."
"I went through 4 doctors or PAs in 9 years, never seeing one often enough to even remember their names. Finally changed practices after fighting for a week with them to get 1 prescription filled. After I canceled my last appointment, I got the call telling me I had just missed it. Their receptionists don't communicate with the secretaries and vice versa. The entire office is terrible at communication."
"I've been a "customer" for over10 years. I have NEVER seen the same provider twice. The staff turnover is crazy because the environment is bad. The desk staff are rude, and always have been. I only stayed because of the location. I am a once (for physical) or twice a year person... easy.. in and out. But, they wanted to schedule me for another 1/2 hour visit to re-prescribe a medication i have been on for 25 years. They could not wait until my physical just to get an additional copay. I am pretty easy, but this place is the worst... stay away."
"I wouldn't recommend this practice. I went here from 2013-23. They do have some great practitioners that aren't taking new patients. However I have been through 4 practitioners in 10 years as their APRNs and PAs and even some MDs do not stay at the practice long. Every time one of my primary practitioners has left I have not been notified. So I find out when I call them to refill a prescription or need an office visit... and they cannot help me because they don't have a practitioner who has seen me before. It's a mess. I gave two stars instead of one because I have experienced some good care here, Dr. Kaufman was fantastic for treating my allergies when I saw him briefly solely for allergies (not primary care). The secretaries I have dealt with are quick to call back and handle things. But for me it was a big problem that they have such high turnover AND do not notify patients when their primary provider leaves the practice. All it would take would be a simple mailing or phone call. I have a couple of bad experiences here too that aren't worth going into. I'd say if you are generally in great health and just need a yearly checkup this place would be fine, but if you need more than that it might be better to try elsewhere."
